My recent stay at Lisboa Carmo Hotel was an absolute delight. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome treat of pastel de nata and ginjinha. the balcony offered a picturesque view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. the family suite we stayed in was extremely spacious, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable - from the complimentary breakfast we received upon early arrival to the little touches like a free bottle of water daily and a note with fruits and a drink for our honeymoon. the staff also helped arrange a taxi for our departure, ensuring a seamless end to our trip. Overall, Lisboa Carmo Hotel exceeded all expectations with its superb service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Lisbon. 10/10 service, a true gem in the bustling city.
